Just a quick note to introduce myself and get things rolling ---

As you may have already seen on the ABATE web site, Rich and Dutch have
decided to give me a shot at the job of Newsletter Editor.  Good decision?
Well, only time and your input will decide that.

We are behind, we know that and though there have been some technical issues
that delayed us I'll make every effort to get another issue out ASAP.  While
I have some ideas on a new layout and additional sections for the
newsletter, those will have to wait. My first goal is to get us up to date
and to get the information out to the members.  If possible, my current plan
is to get a small issue out right away to be followed shortly by the next
regular issue.  To be honest, I'm just trying to get my bearings on where we
are to date so we can get back on track.

To that end I have already started to build the files for the next issue and
will be looking forward to your chapter reports and submissions.   If you
can get me your information by Tuesday morning, March 13th that would be a
great start.  No pressure, I just want to run with what I can.  Send me what
you have, Chapter reports, run/event info, flyers, etc and I'll get working on this.
