Black Thursday – Terry/Lewis Co. gave us the preliminary report on Miller Sylvania.
Spring Swap Meet ‘11 – Rona had nothing to report
Freedom Rally ‘11 – John has ideas to include other riding groups, dates and location.
Spring Opener ‘11 – motion to return to Toppenish for 2011, MSP
Fall Swap Meet ‘10 – Rona reports all on track & concerned about the late date.
Westside Jr. Deputy Coordinator Report & Committee Reports – Mike Rutter
Bylaws – Leland,
Chaplin – Ranger Ric reminded us of what all the Christian Crusaders have to offer, not only in
time of need, comfort or prayer… but in good times as well.
Communications/Webmaster – Mike Middleton was not present
Citation – Scott Major has resigned, position is open
Legislative – Donnie was not present, Darcy spoke on a few issues.
Membership – Bruce Ramsey was not present.

Newsletter – Ron Fryer was not present. Please contact him if need, monthly deadline is the 15th.
Parliamentarian – Darcy Mugartegui has nothing new to report
Products – Roxy Kelly no quarterly report submitted
Public Relations – Open
Quartermasters – Jay Frasier was not present, update email address in the newsletter, chapters need to
send him an inventory list if not already done.
Safety & Education – Lenny Pletsch reported 2 recipients have qualified for the $50 reimbursement, and he
is working on road signs for motorcycle awareness.
State Audit – Darcy Mugartegui was unsuccessful with the first attempt to conduct the audit, but is in the
process of putting it together.
