* Financial & Quarterly Reports submitted
* Spoke about our total state donations to outside charities 30% compared to state
from chapters at 10% for legislation
* agenda reflect Eastside Deputy and Independence Chapter now present.

* Spoke about our ‘east side’ and the viable members who are interested in forming a chapter.

Motion to find a new location other then Gwinwood, MSP
* Discussion on the US Defender Program
* ABATE acronym motion to include in the July BOD agenda along with a
suggested bylaw change, MSP
*North Olympic Coordinator – Neil Erickson committed to be on the insurance committee.

1. Develop Committee Charter, for State Management position using the committee
charter in the back of the leadership manual. No action yet

1. Approve Spring Opener Program – none available
2. Confirm Newsletter Editor Chris Dulas, MSP
3. Fall Swap Meet Party, motion to have in conjunction with, MSP
4. Confirm Quartermaster Jay Frasier, MSP
5. MRF sustaining member renewal, amend in perpetuity unless till determined otherwise
by our Board of Directors, MSP, MSP
6. Motion to have Hearing Committee investigate Southwest Chapter’s charges against
Former Chapter Secretary for violation of article 8, /1 MSP
Motion made to bring charges against Southwest Chapter Coordinator for conduct unbecoming
of an Officer12/7, MSP rescind, MSP

Freedom Run 09, change in staging area
Spring Opener 09 –
Distribute Spring Opener Posters and Flyers for chapters to post locally. None supplied
by the spring opener committee, Rona to mail vendor applications and flyers to our
chapters for distribution.

Legislative – Donnie Landsman gave report on Black Thursday, SB’s and HB’s. He also had
an awards presentation in appreciation for all the people who helped him and ABATE.
Motion to establish a ‘traffic control sensor light team’ within ABATE of Washington, MSP
Membership – Bruce Ramsey was not present.
