Secretary:
* Submitted April 2009 minutes for approval as amended, MSP

Event Reports 2009: Ron chairs
* Freedom Run – nothing new
* Spring Opener – more discussion
* Fall Swap Meet – on track, nothing new to report
* STEAM – discussion on regional representatives.
Committee Reports: Dutch chairs -
* Bylaw – Chris
* Chris is open to suggestions for the bylaw changes regarding state office
and qualifying candidate positions.
* ABATE acronym bylaw/policy. Both of these will be in July’s BOD agenda pack
* Communications – Rick - absent
* Legislative – Donnie - absent
* Membership – Bruce - absent
* Newsletter – Chris is concerned about the software. He is looking into the choices.
He would like the membership #’s posted monthly
* Products – Roxy - absent
* Public Relations – Don - absent
* Webmaster – Rick - absent
Ambassador At Large:
* Scott and Mike have been working with the Spokane area chapter.
* Possible new chapter completion by the July BOD.
NCOM Ambassador:
* Nothing to report
Chapter Representatives:
Position 1- Scott and Mike are working on a Spokane Chapter. Scott will be resigning
due to his job. He is working on recruiting Jerry Looney to step up for the
Chapter Representative. He thanked everyone for everything.
Position 2- Ed was absent
Position 3- Lyle is concerned about chapter charity contributions and would like
to address that with his coordinators
Position 5- Mike gave us an update on his areas events.
Unfinished Business:
1. Spring Opener T-Shirts being ordered.
New Business:
1. Nomination Forms, discussion on format.
2. ECOM Meetings, Motion to stay with the existing schedule, MSP
3. State Funded Travel request for MRF/Jacksons, denied – lack of funds
Good of the Order: Mike Thanked Ko for her hard work. Well wishes to Joanne Looney
Tacoma Chapter lost ‘Wolf Man’ last week. Lyle told us of the services planned.
Cycle Bro’s Custom of Tacoma lost young Chris recently.
Anita Z. from SKCC is interested in being part of our Insurance Committee.
