Every year around Valentine's Day Tacoma Chapter throws a party to celebrate its founding in 1979. Because the chapter was founded in February, the event became known as a Valentine's Day celebration as well. Generally there's no admission fee, and there's a 50/50 drawing and sometimes raffle prizes, and live music. Proceeds benefit Tacoma Chapter ABATE. If you're interested in helping with the party, attend a business meeting prior to Saturday, February 16, 2008.
