Knee won't stop killing me
Played football with my buddies last weekend and twisted my knee bad. Been limping around for 5 days now, ibuprofen barely touches the pain. My uncle said he got a cortisone shot once and felt like a new person. Anyone here tried it? Worth asking my doc about or is it overrated?
