Need a real starting point
A close friend in California kept trying to push through everything alone until work, sleep, and mood all started slipping at once. Watching that happen made me realize it’s better to ask early than wait too long. I’m looking for a psychiatrist, counseling in California, and would really appreciate a recommendation from someone who knows a solid place.
